Scope of Work & Service Limitations
- We specialize in luxury interior makeovers, custom murals, wall relief art, and artistic paneling.
- All designs are created based on client preferences, space requirements, and artistic expertise.
- Structural modifications work are not included in our services.
- Once a design is finalized and approved, major changes may require additional costs.
- The rate includes artistry services, paints, and materials only.
- Ladder or height access equipment is not included; the client must provide it.
- The client must provide clear instructions, site access, and necessary permits before work begins.
- We are not responsible for post-completion damage to the artwork.
Project Timelines & Work Commitments
- Each project has a customized timeline based on complexity, size, and execution requirements.
- Delays due to client-side approvals, site readiness, or external factors may affect the timeline.
- We do not commit to unrealistic deadlines that may compromise quality.
The service provider is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events such as:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government strikes
- Sudden restrictions or unforeseen site issues
- Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments and additional charges.
Payment Policy & Refund Privacy policy
Payment will be made in three installments:
- 40% upfront (before work begins)
- 50% midway (after major progress is Completion)
- 10% upon completion (before final handover)
- Artists will not continue work if any payment is overdue.
- We may delay or stop the project if the payment is not made on time.
- Cancellation after payment may result in non-refundable charges after the first installment.
- We will apply a late fee of Rs. 100/day to overdue payments.
- If you fail to make payment within 30 days of the due date, we may take legal action.
- Additional costs may apply for materials, tools, or extra requirements requested after the agreement.
Client Responsibilities & Site Conditions
- Clients must ensure site readiness, approvals, and accessibility before work begins.
- Any delays due to on-site conditions beyond our control may impact deadlines.
- Clients are responsible for providing:
- Adequate lighting and ventilation at the worksite
- Storage for materials and tools if needed
- Proper protection for existing furniture, decor, or surfaces near the project area
- We do not take responsibility for damages caused by third-party contractors working on-site.
Design Approval & Modifications
- Clients must provide final approval within 24 hours of submission to maintain workflow.
- Any changes to the design after project initiation may result in:
- Additional costs
- Extended project timelines
- A need for re-approval and revised agreements
- We accommodate minor adjustments within reasonable limits, but major redesigns incur charges.
Intellectual Property & Design Rights And Privacy Policy
- All mural designs, relief art, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Nouka Art.
- Clients cannot replicate, resell, or reproduce our designs without written consent.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
- Unauthorized modifications or reproduction of our work may result in legal action.
Worksite Safety & Liability
- We ensure a safe and professional work environment while executing projects.
- Clients must provide safe working conditions and proper site security.
- We are not liable for:
- Accidents caused by unsafe site conditions
- Issues arising from third-party interference
- Damage to the artwork after completion due to improper maintenance
- We keep your information confidential and use it only for project purposes.
Confidentiality & Data Protection Policy
- We keep all client information confidential and use it solely for project purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third-party vendors without client consent.
- We may use photos of completed work for promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing.
Maintenance & Post-Completion Guidelines
- Murals and relief artwork require proper care to maintain their longevity.
- We recommend avoiding:
- Direct exposure to excessive moisture
- Harsh chemical cleaning products
- Heavy impacts or abrasions on the artwork
- Clients should follow our maintenance guidelines to preserve the finish and durability.
- We do not offer warranties on murals, as wear and tear depend on environmental factors and usage.
Dispute Resolution & Terms of Agreement
- We will professionally address any disputes arising from our service execution.
- If we cannot resolve issues amicably, we will handle legal matters under applicable jurisdictional laws.
- By confirming a project with Nouka Art, the client agrees to these policies and terms.
